GLE referred Elisha to BBI (Black Business Initiative) who also supported Elisha with her buinsess and also awarded her a grant.

Elisha went on to be nominated and won an award from GLE for Innovation in the Creative Sector in March 2010.

Inspired by vintage glamour her designs are timeless pieces made using semi-precious stones, swarovski crystals and freshwater pearls.

"I want the person wearing my jewellery to feel like a Superstar, I want the women to feel sophisticated, glamorous and beautiful, and I want the men to feel, empowered, stylish and complete." Elisha Francis
